We have just implemented the new eNFACT system which is a debit card fraud detection system. It evaluates each transaction and compares it to your purchase patterns and to worldwide fraud patterns. Each transaction is scored depending on the possibility of fraud.
If a transaction is determined to be possible fraud, a fraud analyst from the Tyler City Employee's Credit Union Card Center will attempt to contact you to verify the activity and confirm whether or not fraud occurred. Please be aware that you will need to verify your identity during this phone call. If the analyst is unable to contact you by phone, you will receive a letter a few days later.
You are allowed up to 4 (four) phone numbers in the system. Please make sure that there is an accessible number and a current mailing address on file. Thank you for your help in this matter.
